In all pages of the sales module, you will find columns related to tasks (opportunity section). The advantage is that you can directly add one or more tasks without being in the customer's file, see the customers without tasks, see the upcoming tasks and the overdue tasks.
You can edit your columns manually or create a view for the tasks.
For example, to see opportunities without a task you can choose the following columns/filters:
- Client
- Email address
- Phone number
- Cell phone
- Card
- Department
- Sales User
- BDC User (if applicable)
- Category: Active + Pending
- Image
- Make
- Model
- Date of last activity
- Number of tasks
- Next task sales : No task
- Next task BDC (if applicable): No task
- Excluded (Not excluded)

If you have only one salesperson assigned on the card, you will have the option to add a task to it
If you have only one BDC to assign on the card, you will have the option to add a task to it

ORDER OF TASKS
Tasks are sorted according to their due date. If you want to see the overdue tasks, select the filter : With overdue task.
You will see which task was scheduled for which date and the type of task.
When you put your cursor on the task, you will get a tooltip that explains the type of task and the description left by the user.
If you need to make a change to your current task, you can click on the icon and edit it. Don't forget to save.
