All opportunities

This module will allow you to see all the opportunities gathered in one window. If you want to see by lead type separately, you have the options below: In-store opportunities / Web opportunities / Call opportunities




Don't forget to configure your filters and your views to have your precise statistics. 

DEFINITION OF THE BOXES
The number is the total number of opportunities and the number in parenthesis is the percentage distribution of opportunities received. *Don't forget that the numbers are related to your top and bottom checked filters*.




All opportunities
The total number of opportunities created. So, we add Web + In-store + Calls




Web
The number of opportunities coming from external sources ( emails, suppliers, application forms, sms). So you had 498 web leads, that's 39.6% of the total opportunities.





In-store
The number of opportunities coming from a passer-by, an appointment task or the store media.





Phone-up
The number of opportunities created from a call.





Sales
The number represents the number of sales and the number in parenthesis is the closing rate percentage. So, in this case, 537 sales out of 1257 opportunities = 42.6%.





Web sales
The number of sales from a web lead. So, in this case, 136 sales out of 1257 opportunities = 27.3%.





In-store sales
The number of sales from an in-store encounter, appointment task or passerby. So, in this case, 245 sales out of 1257 opportunities = 64.3%.





Call Sales
The number of sales from a call. So, in this case, 156 sales out of 1257 opportunities = 40.8%.




Delivered vehicles
If you have not set an end date, the opportunity will not be calculated. We have delivered 198 vehicles out of 1257 opportunities created in April.
