Assigning an employee

Assigning an employee

How to add one or more users to an opportunity/card. In order to select a user, they must have their Traction account in a specific department. Ideally, a picture of each employee would be helpful to easily see the assignment, if you don't want to add a picture, you will see their initials. When the card is created, the system will automatically add the initials of the creator.

With photo

Without photo (initials only)

SALESMAN
The seller's initials will always be on the card at the bottom left.

If you want to add a 2nd seller, an icon will appear and you will see his picture and the Sales 2 tooltip.

To add a 2nd seller :
1 ) click on the black circle below the card

2) enter the name of the salesperson in the respective box

3) You will then see Seller 2

4) Click on the (X) or outside of the box to exit this window

FNI
The FNI's initials will be on the map on the right. His/her picture/initials will be added below the map with the other users. To assign the FNI, click on the black icon

OTHER DEPARTMENTS
Same principle for the other departments, they will be displayed on the right side of the map as well as their initials/photo at the bottom of the map. Only the BDC will not be displayed on the map, but we will see their photo/initials under the map.

REMOVE A USER
If you want to remove the assignment of a user, you must choose: No user. Attention, if you have the SALES role, you cannot change the assignment and/or put No user (you will see an error message). Only the SALESMANAGER and/or ASSIGN_USERSALES roles can change the assignments.
