Availability of the opportunity

Availability of the opportunity

Each sales opportunity created has its own status. The status is assigned automatically or manually by an employee. You are able to see if the opportunity is active, sold or closed in another customer record. So it is more efficient to see if there is another customer assigned to the opportunity. This status does not depend on your DMS but on the status in Traction.

Under the image of the opportunity, you will find three colors.

Red = Sold
Yellow = Active
Grey = Other

By clicking on the number, a window will open and you will be able to see the complete list of each status as well as the customer. You can also go to the customer's file.

To change the status of the opportunity, see these two articles: status and sale

When you consult your inventory, a new column has been added: Opportunity. You will find the same colors and you can access the customer's file.
