Availability status

Your availability status is handy to see if you are available, on the phone or unavailable. If you are in web lead dispatch or in the sales rotation, it will be very important to use the status.




When you are on the phone, it will automatically be marked On the phone in yellow.


If you choose Unavailable, Leave or Passing, it will be in red.



If you are not available to take web leads, please use the status: Vacation. This way the system will not assign you any leads. Alternatively, you can use it if you are simply on leave / vacation.



The status can also be changed by a sales manager/director in the Call Management tab.
