Opportunity Pool

The Opportunity Pool can be used for managing internet leads and missed calls. It will only be visible to seller's if they are added to the Assignment Rules. The Opportunity Pool will appear in a tab named "Pool" at the top of the page that all assigned User's will have access to. All assigned User's have an opportunity to pick up a lead as soon as it appears in the pool. The pool is on a first come first serve basis. Whoever clicks on the lead first, will be assigned to it. They will not be able to change the User assigned unless your Traction is configured otherwise. If they need to change the User assigned and do not have access to do so, they will have to ask a manager.



You can configure the assignment of leads with the pool.






Call pool
If a customer calls the Sales Department and no salesperson is available to answer; a notification will appear in the Pool tab and an Opportunity card will automatically be created after 30 minutes. The first User to click on the notification will be assigned to the Opportunity card. Please note that if a customer calls the Sales Department and leaves a voicemail, an additional notification will pop up in the Note tab at the top of the page. Ideally, the User should treat the Call Note in priority to the Pool Opportunity. Remember that to see this notification, the User must be in the rooting. **You must have potential opportunities activated to see the call pool**.
