Bulk SMS / Mass SMS

You want to send a mass text message to several customers at the same time? It is possible thanks to Bulk SMS.

Here are the steps to configure it properly. First, all messages are designed with the Admin tab. 

1) Go to choose the action list





2) Create the action





3) Create the action as shown in this screenshot, you can name your action as you want







4) Choose the department's text message number related to your message





5) Compose your message, use the variables to fill the fields automatically









When the message(s) are configured, here are the steps to follow to send the message

1) Tools -> Bulk SMS





2) Choose your action. The message cannot be modified. Only the admin can modify the message.




3) Enter the customer's phone number




4) Respect the colors: Green = good / Red = missing mobile. You must go back to the customer's file and insert the mobile number





You can go back to the client's file with this icon: 
And refresh the page with this icon : 

5) After all the clients are added, press ''Send Bulk SMS''.







6) Text message history





**WARNING**
Check that your text message has been sent with this icon:




If the mobile is a landline number, we will not send the text and you will see your message in red
