Call Management

This module will allow you to see your current calls, call statistics and call recordings. Please note that in order to access this page, you must have the CALL_MANAGER role. For call tapping, there is also a role. I invite you to consult the following article.




If your Traction has several branches, you have two views:

All departments = all branches


My departments = your branch



COLUMN
On the right you will find all the extensions of the employees, their number of incoming and outgoing calls, their availability status and the number of visits.



CALLS IN PROGRESS
You can see the current calls, who is on the phone, where the call is coming from and who is calling. This is also where you will create a call note.






COLORS
Red = back to reception
Blue = waiting for reception
Yellow = direct transfer
Green = connected
