Don't forget to configure your filters and your views to have your precise statistics.
DEFINITION OF THE BOXES
The number is the total number of opportunities and the number in parenthesis is the percentage distribution of opportunities received. *Don't forget that the numbers are related to your top and bottom checked filters*.
All opportunities
The total number of opportunities created by the system, as these are calls.
Sales
The total number of sales from the calling media. The percentage represents the percentage of opportunities repaired. So in this case, 158 sales out of 409 opportunities = 38.6%.
Average Duration
With appointment
The number of calls with an appointment task to create.
Delivered vehicles
If you have not set an end date, the opportunity will not be calculated.
