Track all communications with all employees in any department. However, you must have the SALESMANAGER role to access this page, otherwise a regular employee will have access to MY COMMUNICATIONS only.

1. Go to the TOOLS tab




2. Filter according to your needs





3. Once you have chosen your filters -> apply

Mark as read or unread *warning, you can only apply this option for your communications*.





Access the client record by clicking on the white line or the grey box of the opportunity
