Contact Column

In each page of the sales module, you will find these two columns (customer section): Sales Contact and BDC Contact. If you do not have a BDC agent, this column will not be useful. If you do not see these columns, make sure that you have checked them in the column visibility.






ICONS
All contact icons will be visible. If the information is filled in, the icon will be black. If the information is missing, the icon will be grey. In this example: the meeting is possible, with email, with SMS, with call, without facebook, without live chat.



By moving your cursor over each icon, you will get the tooltip




Above the icon you can see the time of the last outgoing call: minutes (m), hours (h), day (d). In this case there was an outgoing email 8 days ago.




Below the icon, you will find the number of outgoing communications performed by the salesperson. In this example, the seller sent 9 emails, 5 SMS and made one outgoing call.



COMMUNICATIONS
If you want to see the communication between the customer and the seller, you can click on the icon and the window will appear.
