Create a source

Only those with the Admin role can add a source to the Traction configuration.

1. Admin -> Source




 2. Add




3. Fill in the required fields. (fields vary depending on the source)




4. Save and view all sources. You can edit the source as needed.





REASSIGNMENT TIME (IN MINUTES)
You can decide how long it takes if a lead comes in and after X amount of time the seller has not responded, it can be transferred to another seller. This salesperson must be in the Routing Calendar.



You can also choose the time of the reassignment, e.g. on weekdays you want the lead to be reassigned but not on weekends.
