Create an opportunity

After creating the customer, you need to add a sales opportunity by searching for the product.




The available inventory and status depends on your DMS. The unit must be created in your accounting system and then it will be sent to Traction. You are always offered 50 products, so the more information you enter in the box, the more accurate your search will be.

A ROOT inventory -> it is a temporary product, only available on order

When you have chosen your product, click on the white line and then the green floppy disc to save.
