Creating a customer file
There are 2 ways to access a customer file
1- Search for the customer using the magnifying glass
2- Take the incoming call from your extension
If the customer is anonymous or does not exist in the system, you must create the customer file using the blue icon
When everything is filled in; don't forget to save 
If needed, you have the box ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
