CLIENT'S FIRST AND LAST NAME
If the first and last name are present, you will see them on the card.

HOME ADDRESS / EMAIL / PHONE / MOBILE
If you see these four (4) icons, it means that your customer record contains a home address, an email, a mobile number and a home phone number. **WARNING** if you see the phone and/or mobile in red, it means that there is a duplicate. To merge two customers, see the article Join two customers.

PRODUCT INFORMATION
O = card info / SKU = stock number / S = serial number / M = ModelCode. If you don't see all the information, drag your cursor and you will see it all.
