Filters and Case fields of the sales module

You have two types of filters: those at the top and those in the last table (opportunities/columns). Please note that the category Excluded is not counted as well as the cards checked Exclude. TOP FILTERS



Calculated by volume or association




Calculated by volume (OR) -> If you want to see any category, e.g. creation date or sale date
Calculated by association (AND) -> If you want to see the creation date and the sale date

Filter by user group
When you select nothing it gives you all the opportunities.




If we select the sales department, it will give us all the opportunities of a sales user.




If we select several departments, it gives all the opportunities with one of the users checked.



Filter by date category



Creation date : The date when the card was created. Example: I want to see all cards created in July.

Date of last activity: If you are looking for cards with activity between an employee and the customer of a specific date.
Example: I want to see all the cards that had an activity last Saturday.

Date of modification: If you are looking for the cards where the employee has made a modification (quotation, change the stock number, add a customer product, etc). Example: i want to see all cards with a modification from last Thursday.

Sale Date: If you are looking for cards with a sale date. Example: I want to see all cards sold yesterday.

End date: If you are looking for cards with a delivery date (end date). Example: I want to see all cards with an end date for the month.


Filter by date
By default, the date will be the current month




If you want to choose a specific date, you must click on Custom and Apply




BOTTOM FILTERS
The bottom filters will help you get more accurate statistics. Don't forget that you can create custom or group views to make your searches easier. When your filters are chosen, apply the filter using the green button. For an explanation of each column, I suggest you read this article.









CASES
The number is the total number of opportunities and the number in parenthesis is the percentage distribution of opportunities received. Also, if you are unsure of the definition of the box, it always contains a tooltip by putting your cursor over it. *Don't forget that the numbers are related to your top and bottom checked filters*.

ISOLATE A CELL
If you want to get the data for a specific cell, you can click on it and the bottom numbers (statistics) and opportunities (columns) will change. To see if your cell is isolated, look for the check mark and the green outline. To remove the selection, click on the cell again and the check mark will disappear.



So in this case, we want to isolate the 21 opportunities coming from the web, so we see the modified boxes: 21 sales and 11 deliveries.
