By default, the system will always put the right media (lead source). When it comes to media, here are the choices:
If you create a card manually, the media will be put ''In store''. However, if the media is not really in store, you can change it from the customer record. Example : you are asked to call a customer by a reference, then the system will create the card ''in store'' but in reality, the media is ''Call''.
Here are the procedures to follow:
1. In the client's file, click on the three small dots in the sales opportunity and then choose Change Media
2. Choose the desired media, the color is related to the source. So check your Source first - if needed.
