In-store Opportunities

This module will allow you to see all opportunities created via a store visit, an appointment task, a passer-by or unidentified. If you want to see by lead type separately, you have the options: All opportunities / Web opportunities / Call opportunities




Don't forget to configure your filters and your views to have your precise statistics. 

DEFINITION OF THE BOXES
The number is the total number of opportunities and the number in parenthesis is the percentage distribution of opportunities received. *Don't forget that the numbers are related to your top and bottom checked filters*.




All opportunities
The total number of opportunities created when a customer comes into the store (walk-in), opportunities from a phone or web request with a registered meeting.

With appointment (appointment task)




2 Meetings





Take over
The number of opportunities that had a take over from the manager. A take over is a term used in sales when the manager supports the seller in his sale.




Unassociated visits (See the following article to see how to associate a visit)




Sales 
The number of total sales that had no visits or one appointment made. The percentage represents the percentage of opportunities repaired. So in this case, 382 sales out of 554 opportunities = 69%.
