Begin by clicking on the blue arrow to expand the filters.
Choose the filters that you would like to apply in order to give you a list of Cards you would like to see. For example: All Cards under one particular Seller's name. Once you've finished choosing your filters; apply them by clicking on the green button.
In the Date column, you have several options:
- Date of the last activity
- Date of sale
- Date of modification
- Date of creation
By clicking on the desired box, a calendar will appear.
If you want to choose a specific User, you can choose the employee in "Linked User".
Closing a task
If several cards have tasks, you can select them all and close the tasks altogether. Start by clicking in the small square box to select all the cards. When you do this, the "Close Tasks" button will become available to you.
Export the list
Most of us are familiar with Excel, so we offer you an option to export the list. After selecting the cards, you can export the list by clicking on the icon with the 3 dots and export to Excel.
