Recognizing an email ERROR

Recognizing an email ERROR

Before sending an email, make sure it is valid. Sometimes we write an e-mail too quickly and we can make mistakes. We can also detect if the sending was well done and if the customer opened the message. With the colors, we can also see how many times we have sent an email to the customer, if they have replied or not.

EMAIL ICON

GREEN Arrow: First attempt to send an email to the client.

YELLOW Arrow: Second attempt to email the customer with no response from the customer, it's up to you whether you continue to communicate by email or try another method of communication.

RED Arrow: Third attempt at emailing the customer with no response from the customer, it's up to you whether you continue to communicate by email or try another method of communication.

HOW TO KNOW IF OUR MESSAGE HAS BEEN DELIVERED USING THE "@" OR THE COLORED ICON

Locate the icon on the map ''@''. By putting your cursor on the icon, you can locate the information. Otherwise, you can see the colored dots in ''my communications'', in the ''list of communications'' or in the tab communications of the customer file.

GREEN Circle = Successfully delivered

BLUE Circle = Successfully delivered and the customer has opened your message. In addition, you can see the date and time they opened it.

RED Circle = Pay attention, because it can be a failure or an unsubscription

When the customer unsubscribes from your emails, the status of the customer will be changed to ''do not contact''. Only the SALESMANAGER can change this status.
