You have 2 choices of appointments in the task types

By choosing your appointment type, you have the possibility to add a time.

Closing the task
When you press the red square to close the task, a window will open







You must enter a note for the meeting, otherwise the system will not allow you to save




Done: the customer showed up or you called them
No Show : the customer never came or did not answer
Canceled : the customer told us he/she would not come

The note is displayed once the task has been closed



The yellow button is only available to the salesmanager, only they can make changes





All visits will be displayed in the sales module : Store Opportunities in the following columns




The history of meetings can also be found in the Communication List module
