You can add roles to employees on recorded calls. Only the administrator can change the roles of each employee. You can change the role in the part: Admin -> Users. To better understand the roles, here is their definition:
DEFAULT
- The employee can listen to all his calls
- The employee can listen to all the calls that have a linked call note
- The employee cannot listen to a call marked as private
- Example: a mechanic, even if he is in the "service" group, he will not be able to listen to other employees' calls
ALL to ON
- The employee can listen to all calls from all departments
- The employee can listen to all calls that have a linked call note
- The employee cannot listen to a call marked as private
- Example: a manager
GROUP to ON
- The employee can listen to all calls from the same department group
- The employee can listen to all calls that have a linked call note
- The employee cannot listen to a call marked as private
- Example: a salesperson cannot listen to calls from NIF / Parts / Service / Delivery / Shop
