Routing Schedule

This module will be used to assign people responsible for web requests. You can assign one or more people per department. Only ADMIN can configure this.

1) Admin -> Routing schedule



2) Always assign a default person. That way if no one is available, that person will be in charge of the request.



3) Choose the person or persons by department. You can put this person by default or in the list.



4) Add one or more people with the + or the Add button





5) Choose the start/end time, days and users. Then filter by interest, brand, source or condition (new/used).

6) Distribute the leads according to different criteria

a) Performance: The best pointer will receive all requests
b) Sales closing rate: The best closing rate of the last 7 days
c) Quantity: The one with the least number of active cards will receive the requests
e) Pending: Whoever has the least number of pending emails will receive the requests
f) Random: the system distributes the requests randomly
g) Pool: first come first served

7) Delete a user by clicking on the X or the Delete button

*** WARNING: If the employee is not available to answer because they are on leave, sick, unavailable, etc.... please remind them to set their status to TRACK LEAVE. The system will then distribute the request to another colleague or to the default user. *** If you have any questions about changing the status, see this article: Availability status
