Sales Conversion Rate Table

This report is to help you visualize the closing rate by department, by user and by source. You can manage by card status as well as last year as a comparison.

Where to find the table

Report -> Sales Closing Rate Table. Only Sales Managers and Director's have access.






Department

The first table corresponds to your departments. Using the + you can open and the User's of the department will be displayed. By clicking on the + next to the user, you will see all the types of medias where there could have been a sale or opportunity.










Second table

If you want to sort by Source (Media), that's also possible. To see all User's related to the Source, click on the +.

To export this information, click on the icon with the 3 dots and then you will have the option to export to Excel or CSV.
