Task and Action

ADD A TASK
In the client's file, in the third block, you will find the icon Add a task or an action.



CHOOSE YOUR TASK TYPE
You can choose a task of your choice, by default it will always be the call task.



CHOOSE A DATE AND A SCHEDULED TIME
We can select the date manually or we can click on the calendar to get the whole month. We can select the time we want to execute our task, remember that the time is in 24 hours.






USER GROUP
By default, if your name is on the card, we will choose your name


DESCRIPTION OF THE TASK
The description box can be very useful if you leave yourself a task for the future to know why you have to contact the customer. Is it for a follow-up? A purchase? An appointment? A return call?




ADDITIONAL ASSIGNED USERS
If you want to assign one or more people to this task, add the names






ATTACH A FILE
If you have a photo to add, you can import it on the task





TASK NOTIFICATION
When you go to save the task, it will appear in the top tab. The note in green will be to announce that the note is in more than 24 hours, in yellow it is today and in red you are 24 hours late. We can access the task by clicking directly on the description.







MANAGE TASKS
This tab is like your calendar. This is where you can edit, close and subscribe to a task. In addition, you can see the creator of the task, the creation date, the time, the date, the icon, the client, the opportunity, the description and the attachment if any.




Subscribe or unsubscribe to the task

GREEN : the employee is not late
BLUE : the employee has done the task (so let's see if they have done it well)
RED : the employee has not done the task and is late


Edit your task with the pencil



Close the task as a salesperson




Close the task as a manager by clicking on the person's name



Completed task
The names will be crossed out and you will see when the task has been completed.

TASK CALENDAR
You can view your tasks or the tasks of a department, etc. in the task calendar. Learn more with the training article here.




DIRECTOR ACTION
Only the director will have access to this button. He will then be able to register his TO (Take over) and a BUMP.
