TO and BUMP

The manager and the seller have the privilege to add a TO and/or a BUMP directly on the opportunity. The manager (SALESMANAGER) will then be able to see the report by a specific date.

TO = Take Over where the manager gets involved in the transaction.
BUMP = Adding a value to the sale of an offer that could have already been accepted. Example we sell the machine at 20k, the customer wants to pay 15k and the manager agrees with the customer at 17k. So there is a BUMP of 2k.

WHERE TO REGISTER A TO / BUMP
In the customer's file, you must go to the tab ADD A TASK OR ACTION.





Scroll down to the bottom to see this section (visible only to the salesmanager)




Choose the action by clicking on the box





Choose the right manager who does the action (all employees with the role SALESMANAGER will appear)




If you chose BUMP, you will have to enter the value of the BUMP



You can add a comment before saving.





When you save your TO and/or BUMP, it will be saved in the history and you will see the icon on the customer card.

When you make a TO during the day, you will see this information appear in the ACTIONS box.







Clicking on the box will take you to the page '' BUMP AND TO REPORT ''. Otherwise, you can access it via this tab.




BUMP AND TO REPORT
You can select a specific date and your department to better view your results.





By placing your cursor on the rows, you will be able to see the total according to the chosen date.




POINTS
When a seller registers a TO or a BUMP, the desired number of points can be assigned. It is the seller who will receive the point. You will find the number of TOs he has made in his points report (always in favor of the date mentioned at the top).
