Update: Voicemail now integrated- February 20
Great news! This request has finally arrived: VOICEMAIL INTEGRATED INTO TRACTION.
Many stores do not have the privilege of having a receptionist to take calls and return calls so they use voicemail. However, this message is not added in Traction, so we lose track of the statistics. So we decided to integrate voicemail into Traction in the call notes. I invite you to read the article that explains the entire voicemail.
You can also see the call history with the client. Go to -> Client File -> To the left, there is a white menu bar, click on the three dots -> Click on Calls.

TRAINING EVALUATION
For those of you who know about stars, before we could only add stars on calls. Now you can add stars on all outgoing communications. Only the person with the Sales Manager role will be able to assign stars.
We have added a report that will allow you to see all the evaluations. Everyone has access to this interface.

CALL NOTES IN COMMUNICATIONS
We have added call notes in communications. It allows us to quickly see if the note has been answered and if the customer has left a call note. The call note can also be considered as a voicemail if it has been configured in Traction.
