Don't have a receptionist? Want to have a voicemail and manage it in Traction, now it's possible!
You must contact the Traction team to configure your voicemail :) For those who have PBX access, we can assist you.
The same principle as a call note left by the receptionist, the user will receive a red notification. He will then be able to listen to the call directly in the Record column. The call note will never be blue, because the voicemail must be connected to a specific extension and not a ring group.
The voice message cannot be deleted. You can access the customer's record with the 3 dots.
You will have the following information:
- Client (if they exist in Traction)
- Phone number (if not anonymous)
- The date and time of the voice message
- A default text saying that you have a voice message
Once you have processed the call note and contacted the customer, you can check the grey OK box
You can set up your audio message by pressing *97 on the landline phone and follow the instructions. If you have forgotten your password, you can contact us or the person in charge of your phone system.
