Workflow

Workflow

The workflow has been designed with columns and color coding so that everyone can follow the evolution of the product. From the date of the sale to the delivery. Every change an employee makes on the card, everyone will be able to see that change without even going to the office or sending an email or phone call. Whether it's the salesperson, FNI, the advisor or the manager, everyone has access to the information.

WHERE TO FIND THE WORKFLOW
Choose the Workflow that applies to you. The number of workflows is unlimited. Only the person who has the WORKFLOW_WRITE role can change the configuration.

If you want to change the Workflow, you can do so by clicking on the name.

DISPLAY
The number in brackets shows you the number of cards in your workflow or if you apply filters, the number will change.

FILTER
You can apply filters to search for a map quickly. Don't forget to apply the filter by clicking the green button.

COLUMNS
Each column can be customized and sub-columns can be added. If you want to add your procedure, click on the column and add a description.

Here are some other icons in the column:

The number in parenthesis is the number of cards in your column

The black + sign is to add a card from a client

CHANGE THE COLUMN AND THE COLOR FROM THE CUSTOMER FILE
Column = Workflow table

Color = Card type

ADD ICONS
If you need to display icons on the card, it is possible. You must create an icon and then add them from the cells ''Class''. Note that only one icon per class can be put on the card.

ADD DATES
Part = date when the part will arrive
Start = date used in service when unit will be ready
Ready = date the vehicle is scheduled for service
End = date the physical vehicle will be delivered (an automatic delivery task will be added to all people assigned on the card)

You can add the time and duration (optional)

SAVE
Remember that every time you make a change to the map, you must save it. Then you have access to the workflow and the map will be dark and the others will be pale.

COLOR
For the colors of each card, see your User Guide.
