The Workflow Resource tab allows you to add technicians. This allows you to add your technician to any of your Workflow Schedules. Before moving on to this step, you must create your technician User's. See the following article to create your technician User's.
1. Go to Admin then Workflow Resources. Only those with the Admin role has access to this.

3. Add your technicians. You also have the choice of choosing the order in which they appear.
4. Save and now your technicians are in the order you defined.
