Workflow schedules

You can create as many schedules as you want. Always keep in mind that the schedule can only be created with cards from a Workflow. You can consult this article to create a workflow: Article. If you have several branches, you can create one schedule per branch. If you have several areas of expertise (example: powersport and boat), you can create 2 different schedules. It is your choice!

1. Go to the tab: Workflow Schedules (only ADMIN can see it)

2. Create your schedule(s)

3. Choose a name and a color as well as your resources / technicians that will be in this schedule.

When the schedule is created, you will see it in the Workflow tab with the chosen color.
