Write down a communication
The star rating system was used for calls, we decided to bring this evaluation on all outgoing communications. Only the person with the role of sales manager/director will be able to assign or modify the stars.
In the customer's file, you have the communication icon
This is where you will see all the outgoing communications of an employee and under the activity will be the star ratings.
By dragging your mouse over the stars, the stars will turn yellow
Click with your mouse and a window will appear to leave a comment. The comment is optional.
If you leave a comment, a small icon will appear and you can see it with the tooltip. To edit your comment, you must click on the stars again.
If you change the rating with 3 stars or less, the communication will be yellow with a red exclamation point.
You can then view the report in the tool: Team -> Training Evaluations
You will also see the evaluation in the sales module in the respective column
