Improvement of the Search section

- Last client consult in the workflow




If you are looking for a stock number, you can see the inventory or the customer product.





Remember that the red/yellow/gray dots are the number of opportunities per customer. See the article for more details.

See installation/labor time in the quote (only if you have time in parts, not in costs)






Save / Print / Send quotation under one button.




To send the quote by email, your email template must be configured by the administrator.

Select your tasks and press the red square: close tasks. Be careful, this is not reversible.




SALES MODULE

1) See only your own statistics by checking the option




2) Disable or enable filters by date




3) Addition of 2 new dates 
      - Date of meeting done
      - Date of meeting to do




4) New time slot list




5) Statistics: Grouping of 2 levels, press the arrows to open your 2nd level.







6) Contact column allows you to see outbound (employee) and inbound (customer) activity







7) Opportunity pool tab (available Web and Call only)



Click on the box and you will see the requests.
- To see the Web pool, you must be in the web.
- To see the Call pool, you must be in calls and your potential opportunities must be enabled in your configurations.
