This tool will allow you to see all the scheduled and overdue actions of each employee. You can easily spot those who are active on Traction versus those who do not have many actions. This is basically the same information you find on the sales board, but without the customer cards. You can quickly sort in ascending and descending order. You will be able to see the urgent, to-do and uncompleted notes.
Where to find this report - only those with the Salesmanager role can see the Report tab
We can classify by date and department group
Do not forget to apply the filters by pressing on the GREEN filter button
You can sort the most important columns for you (by default they are all checked)
You can click on the arrows to choose the ascending or descending order
If the employee has urgent tasks, to do's or incomplete notes, you can access them directly by clicking on the small box associated with a colour and number
Remember that by default it is always on a 7 day range. You can always change the date you want.
